CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Please note: The airboat has limited seating capacity and “late arrivals” and “no shows” affect us significantly. Therefore, there is absolutely no refunds for “late arrivals” or “no shows.” We never overbook the airboat because we are honoring your reservation. We do empathize, but we must maintain this policy. We have turned away other guests to honor your reservation. We will try to accommodate “late arrivals” on a later tour that day, if available. All changes to tours must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If we need to cancel your reservation, for any reason, we will refund or reschedule you, whichever you prefer. Please make sure you arrive at least 20-25 minutes prior to departure to sign our liability waiver and give the captain time to get you on the boat with your headsets.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?
To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you’d like to change your reservation, please call 772-643-4333 at least 48 hours ahead of time.
Can I bring my camera?
Definitely! You’ll want to capture those unforgettable moments to share with family and friends.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure we depart on time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do! We also offer cash discounts. Please call to reserve if paying cash.. Note: You will be required to give your credit card number and you will be charged if you do not show.
How many people can the boat accommodate?
Our airboat comfortably seats 11 guests.
Do I need to make a reservation?

What should I wear?
Casual everyday attire works well. Shorts are great for warm days, and don’t forget sunglasses and flip-flops. On cooler days, a jacket is recommended, and sunscreen is always a good idea.
